the staff was helpful. my room was spacious with enough room for luggage. i liked that the bar staff was friendly. breakfast had a good selection, and food tasted fresh.
the air conditioning was locked, preventing temperature adjustments in the room. i did not have control over the room's climate. this made the room a bit uncomfortable.

check-in was efficient. the executive king room was spacious. it had a large tv and a nespresso machine. dressing gowns and slippers were available in the wardrobe. the hotel is a short walk to the main square for trams and buses.
i could hear some noise from nearby bars.

The room was a good size and included a fridge. all the staff were friendly and helpful. breakfast offered plenty of choice. My poached eggs were cooked to order (i really enjoyed them).
The car park location could use clearer instructions. It was dark upon arrival. the room service had issues. i ordered macaroni cheese, but it was unavailable, so i ordered beef lasagne. instead, i received a vegetarian lasagne (i didn't have time to swap it before heading to the theatre).
